Lost our key to our storage unit and needed the disc lock removed. Ben was responsive, polite, professional, competent and courteous. He showed up on time, and just handled business. Ben was amazing!! We broke our car key clean at the base of where it connects to the faab and needed to get a new one quickly and affordably.
Ben showed up within 20 minutes of talking to him.  We told him we only had so much money to spend and he assured us that we would work something out.  The new key faabs nowadays are around $600-$800!!!  Who can come up with that chunk of change at the last minute?? Not us... but luckily, Ben was able to repair our original car key and it saved us where we only needed to pay a fraction of that.  Reliable, trustworthy, punctual and efficient. I called a lot of locksmiths trying to get a new key fob to replace the one I lost. Premier Locksmith was the only one that could give me a straightforward estimate range and come out within an hour. The locksmith was really nice and professional and got the job done as promised.
